The Coretech 908 Wrist Splint provides stabilizing support with therapeutic compression to effectively relieve pain and inflammation. Ideal for relieving pain due to carpal tunnel, arthritis, tendonitis, repetitive motion injury, and sprains. This brace immobilizes the wrist with three splints to promote healing. Also allows the entire hand to be used to easily complete everyday tasks.

Lightweight and breathable, this customizable wrist brace is lined with soft memory foam and secured with a strong fastener system, allowing the level of compression to be easily adjusted for maximum comfort.
