Description
The NYOrtho™ Geri Chair Overlay is a full-surface comfort seat designed for standard geriatric recliner chairs used in nursing homes, hospitals, and long-term care facilities. This medical recliner overlay provides added cushioning over firm seating surfaces while helping protect sensitive skin during extended seated use. The overlay utilizes soft polyfill cushioning to provide consistent support across the seating surface.

A convertible zip-off lower section allows the overlay to be used in full-length configuration or shortened to cover only the back and seat portion. The shortened version may also be purchased separately. This antimicrobial water-resistant version features a liquid-repellent fabric treated to help inhibit the growth of odor-causing bacteria while allowing fluids to bead and roll off the surface.
