AliMed® TR Contact Alarm is compatible with all AliMed® floor mats. Created with the same high quality tamper-resistant features as our TR2 alarm, our Floor Alarm alerts staff when a patient makes contact with a fall mat – if they fall out of bed or just step on the mat while attempting to wander. It's "Always On!" There is no "off" button and all settings are located under the battery cover. Hidden dual-reset buttons must be pressed in unison to reset alarm. Sensor cables are held in place by a lock-n-load switch. If the switch is opened, the alarm is triggered. ABS plastic case with rubber bumpers protect the unit from drops and misuse. Alarm alerts staff when patient makes contact with floor mat. The connection from alarm to mat cannot be disengaged without setting off the alarm.
